DESCRIPTION:The purpose of this virtual exchange is to bring together members of the New England Highway Operations Group (HOGs) along with Freight members to share best practices and strengthen coordination/ communication across agencies regarding special permit vehicle operations (Oversize-Overweight\, Hazmat\, Tandem) during disruptions (including weather events\, closures) in an effort to reduce impacts during these events.
