The conference topics include: Distracted Driving\, Responder Awareness\, Importance of Tow Operators\, Move Over Laws\, Legal Issues\, Behavioral Health\, Communication and Outreach\, and Emerging Technologies for Responders. Speakers and attendees will represent multiple public safety agencies (e.g.\, law enforcement\, fire\, emergency medical services)\, towing companies and associations\, motor carrier associations\, federal agencies\, and Departments of Transportation.
